May 05, 2013 · I have been wondering how tin refiners remove unwanted metals to produce pure tin. Is there a simple answer to this? If so, can we just make pure tin by removing all the unwanted things and then remove the gold from whats left? I sincerely don't have any ideas on how tin is prepared, but possibly there is a backdoor approach to getting rid of it.
